We review your credentials, certifications, and language pair specializations.

Language Proficiency Test
Candidates complete a formal assessment of source and target language competency.

Sample Translation
A graded sample translation in your specialization area (legal, medical, technical, etc.).

Interview
A conversation with our project management team about your experience and availability.

Credential Verification
We verify certifications and, where applicable, Ministry of Justice licensing before onboarding.
